Zach and Chelsey have primarily acquired Nursing Homes that focus on taking care of a Medicaid population as well as Nursing Homes that may not have the highest star rating on CMS Nursing Home Compare. Although there are a lot of metrics that are not necessarily captured in the 5 Star Rating published by CMS, we understand its importance. To that end, it can take years to improve a Star Rating, but only a few months to see a Star Rating significantly go down.
