Our Leadership

Zachary Gray

Zachary S. Gray has practiced as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Administrator in California, Illinois, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Nevada. In addition, he maintains his licenses in New York and Virginia. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to manage nursing homes at a 5 star rating; and many of the nursing homes he has managed in the last 10 years have held a 5 star rating on CMS Nursing Home Compare.

In 2017, Zach co-authored the paper, “The Role of Socioeconomic Status in Nursing Home Quality Ratings” with Tamara Konetzka, PhD, University of Chicago. Their paper was published and awarded, “Best Paper” in the Senior Housing & Care Journal, September 2017.

Zach’s passion in healthcare dates to his time at Georgetown University, where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration. He also has a Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Policy and Management from Columbia University. He has maintained an interest in Public Policy, which he strongly believes has a significant relationship to the type of care that Seniors and the Disabled receive in long-term care settings.

Zach obtained his Certified Nursing Assistant license in May of 2022.

Chelsey Gray

Chelsey H. C. Gray began her career in public service, working for the Mayor’s office in San Diego. She has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego and her Masters Degree in Public Policy from George Mason University. After graduate school, Chelsey took a job with a large Government Contracting Firm, focusing on large data sets and the way they impacted public policy decisions. At the time, Data Science was not a profession or career. However, the organization, on the cutting edge of data analytics, appointed her as the company’s first Data Scientist. She spent years working on solving complex problems for the government and private businesses.

In time, Chelsey began to lead a team of Data Scientists and Analysts, working on big data projects, as well as branching into the area of digital marketing.

Over many dinners, business meetings, and tours that Chelsey attended with Zach, it became clear that many of the problems facing Skilled Nursing Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facility Residents are not being handled in an analytical or sophisticated manner. She’s partnered with Zach to transform the industry.

Chelsey has been a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant since December 2019.

Involvement in the Community

The Management Team at Revive Health Senior Care Management, LLC believes strong ties to the community will provide better patient outcomes and happier staff! To that end, Revive has an endowment at the University of Reno, Nevada (UNR) for local nursing students as well as an endowment at Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). The endowment at TMCC is the first of its kind to provide assistance to CNAs. Chelsey also sits on the Board at the Orvis School of Nursing at UNR. Zach is a baseball coach for the Washoe County Little League!
